Potential In-Person Meeting
We want to really see and know who is applying to be part of our cleaning team. We meet with those individuals, look them in the eye, and ask them more questions in real life.
Training and Orientation Begins
A cleaning company will only run right if each member and housekeeping partner of it knows what they are supposed to do and how to please their clients. That is what our orientation process is about.
We Complete a Background Check
In order to know more about the pasts of cleaners we are thinking of hiring and make sure they are safe to enter your home, we complete a background check on them.
